We make it our business to fully understand your needs, experience and budget so that we can give you the best possible service and advice. We consider ourselves not so much a retail outlet, but rather a specialist service provider.

We also go to great lengths to source the best possible bikes, kayaks and accessories available in the world today, at the best possible prices. For this reason our product mix is constantly changing and improving as new technologies and developments take place in the bike and kayak industry.

History – cBK is an off shoot of C-Kayaks. C-Kayak Australia started off as a kayak tour business called Southern Adventures. Southern Adventures was established in 2001 by two individuals whose love for the sport necessitated the transition from recreational hobby to full-time guided tours business.

From humble beginnings Southern Adventures, in a relatively short period of time, built up a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and value for money.

In 2003 the owners of Southern Adventures, in response to customer demand, opened up the retail side of the business, C-Kayak Australia Pty Ltd, and were now able to offer the same expert advice, quality service and value for money.

Shipping and Postage Policies

Delivery timeframe:

Sydney Metro: Usually 3 business days if in-stock from supplier.

-  NSW country and other capital cities: Usually 4-7 business days if in-stock from supplier.

-  Other areas: Up to 9 business days or more, depending on availability.

What Happens If Something from My Order is Out-of-Stock?

If an item you've ordered has become out-of-stock, or unavailable, we will ship the items that are available and the item that is unavailable will be back-ordered. We will contact you by either phone call or by email to notify you of a back-ordered item.

If the back-ordered item is not available to ship within 14 days, this item will be cancelled. You will only be charged for items shipped.

Our policies:

When we ship your order with one of our Courier Partners, you will have to sign upon receiving your order. That is why we request that you provide us with a day time contact number. This number is give to the courier so that in the event of difficult delivery, you will be contacted. We recommend that your Shipping Address should be your workplace if there is a chance you may not be at home during delivery. However, if you are not at home during delivery, a note will be left in your mailbox and you can ask for re-delivery at a more convenient time or pick up from a depot in your area.

With your orders, you can call our courier company to check the process. We will provide you the consignment number and courier company's contact details.

We can only deliver items that fit in a Standard Satchel to P.O. Box Addresses unless you can confirm the Post Office will hold your bike or larger item for you, shipping larger items via Australia Post will incur an additional shipping fee depending on location and size of item.
